We are happy to take back any NON FINAL SALE unused item(s) for a full refund within 21 days of the date your order was placed.
The 21 days is firm, please send it back as soon as possible. If items are received after 21 days your return will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Please do not attempt to return items that do not meet our return criteria as a return will not be processed. As a reminder, all sale items are final, nonrefundable, nonreturnable, and nonexchangable.

REFUNDS: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will be happy to provide a refund in the form of your original method of payment. EXCHANGES: We are always happy to exchange an item, unless it is FINAL SALE OR DOORBUSTER SALE. If you need to exchange an item, we recommend ordering the new item immediately and then contacting us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will send you a returning shipping tag. Please send the original item back. Once we receive your item we will refund your money for the new item. Please follow this process as we will not provide any refunds for items shipped back independently, even when an exchange is involved.
DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please send a description of the damage along with pictures to email@example.com
